Luke B. Harkins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luke B. Harkins of Lenexa, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Harkins Jr.; his brother Frank "Buck" Harkins; and his nephew Evan Harkins. He is survived by: his mother Dolores L. Harkins (Kenning); his daughters, Heather Harkins (Ryan) and Kaylee Harkins (David); his stepgranddaughters, Rory and Margaret Heap; and his siblings, Joseph Harkins (Connie), Patrick Harkins (Allyson), Mary Quinn (Don), Katy Urbik (Mike), Michael Harkins, Daniel Harkins (Sandi), Maureen "Molly" Harkins and Jameson Harkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Luke's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to either CurePSP.org (https://curepsp.org) , the Mayo Clinic , or the Parkinson's Exercise & Wellness Center in Overland Park, KS.
