It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth A. Payne Jr. of Lenexa, Kansas, born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, who passed away on February 14, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Topeka; his siblings, Sandra McCrary, Richard and Tommy Payne; his daughter Cheryl Payne; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his sister Brenda Gaines; and his nieces and nephews, Christie Parker (Tom), Julia Nash (Mark) and Aaron Nash (Megan). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
