He is survived by: his fiancé Cecy Olivas; his daughter Genesis Jane (CiCi); his grandchildren, Janine and Angeles; his parents, Adele (Jeff Haas) and Rodney (Leith Owens); his siblings, Nichol, Dustin Haas and Wade Stemple; his grandmother Maria Montalvo; and his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Brodie, Darrin, Julianna, Jordan, Vanessa, Kylie, Henley, Haiden, Paxton and Camden.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Refuge Bible Church (634 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Josh's daughter, Genesis (CiCi), in which a memorial fund will be established.
