He was predeceased by: his parents, John Binder and Augusta Binder (Wirth); his stepfathers, Pete Liebersberger and Joseph Bletterer; his brother Andrew Toth; and his children, John Peter, Jr., Andrea Marie and Mary.
He is survived by: his friend Jeannine; his wife Jeannine; his daughter Trina Wafle (David); his grandsons, John, Michael and Zachary Karolchik; his daughters, Kimberly Hopkins (Charles) and Elisa Bruce (Randy); his grandsons, Franklin (Kourtney) and Gabriel Richen; his children, Darren and Jennifer Morss (Charles); his grandchildren, Haley (Ross Miller), Jared (Hannah Weimerskirk), Benjamin and Samuel Morss; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Natalie and Lucy Morss.
