He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burnett and Joan Burnett (Grout); and his brother Brian Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Burnett; his children, Cristin Ratliff (Joel), John Burnett, Jr. (Jamie Jo), Shannon Sunday (Grant), Stacey Ward (Mike) and Natali Elliston (Joe); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Aubrey, Autumn, John III, Grant, Myles, Zara, Gage, Lily and Emma; and his siblings, Bill Burnett, Steve Burnett (Carol) and Nancy Harman (Rick). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
