He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cantrall and Ruth Cantrall; his wife Judith Cantrall; his brother Harry; and his great grandchild Kyle Dunivan.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah Fowler (Mark) of Kansas City, MO, Jeanette Eaker of Lenexa, KS, John Cantrall (Jacque) of Bertrand, NE and Denise Mulhall (Dave) of Olathe, KS; and his sister Ruthann Good of Montclair, CA.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, 1 great-great-great grandchild.
