In the vast expanse of eternity, Joe Edward shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joe Edward farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Allison and Lois Marie Norton; and his son Christopher Allen Norton. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Francis; his son Mark Edward Norton; and his grandson Jonah Michael Norton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Alzheimer's Association.
