He is survived by: his wife Connie Oldham (Oldham); his children, James "Jimmy" Armstrong (Rachy), Matthew "Matt" Armstrong (Carmelle) and Kelly Sime (Scott); his grandchildren, Olive Armstrong, Owen Sime and Charlotte Sime; and his sister Sylvia Parsons (Roger).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Missouri Department of Conservation.
