He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miller and Irene Miller; and his wife Diann. He is survived by: his daughter Gay Miller (John Mulvey); his grandson Carson Mulvey (Laryn White); his great grandchild Lively Mulvey; his son Dave Miller; his sister Carol Casciari; and his nieces, Janie Shumaker and Julie Walker.
