He is survived by: his wife Wanda Dirks of Kansas City, KS; his children, Harold Sauls Jr. (Michelle), Carl Dirks (Sharon), Carla Dirks, Candi Woods (Nathan), Cardell Dirks, Christopher Dirks (Ashley), Cynthia Sauls, Chanda Sauls, Carlton Sauls, Courtney Sauls, Christian Sauls and Chauncey Sauls; his grandchildren, Naomi Woods, Nyla Woods, Nalani Woods, Nia Woods, Briana Alise Sauls, Taylor Michelle Sauls, Harold Dayton Sauls III, Devan Charles Sauls, Noah McCord, Carly Dirks, D'Ante Dirks, Kiyara Cummings (D'Ante Kingston), Jai, Braylon Dirks, Shamaya McNeely, Zaire Dirks, Ja'Mia Dirks and Ja'Mel Dirks; his siblings, Aubrey Emanuel Sauls (Joann), Thurman Sauls, Tommie Sauls (Gwendolyn), Shirley Sauls and Lucretia Crawford Walker (Sam); and his niece Connie Sauls-Davis (Phillip). He is also survived by 12 children, siblings.
