He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Johnson and Wanda Johnson. He is survived by: his spouse Francy Bedford; his siblings, Ron (Joyce) and Paula (Mike); his former wife Francy Johnson of Shawnee, KS; his son Mitchell (Melody); his grandson George of Gillette, WY; his daughter Myah of Washington, D. C.; his nephews, Austin (Sarah), Ryan (Sarah) and Shawn (Erin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan and Dillon of Jacksonville, FL; and his niece Marta (James).

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to be made to Hospice care of VNA Home Health.
