He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Neal and Lois Irene Brockway (Hopkins); and his spouse Gayle Jean Norton. He is survived by: his son Steven Brockway (Mary); his grandson Scott; his son Charles Brockway (Tonya); his grandchildren, Brittany Downey and Jason Shaffer; his daughter Holly Reed (Johnny); his grandchildren, Johnathan Reed and Cynthia Bishop; and his son Ricky Dial. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
