She was predeceased by: her husband Fred S. Novacek. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Novacek (Cyndy) of Overland Park, KS and Diana Novacek (Dave) of Tucson, AZ; and her grandchildren, Jon (Stephanie), Jason (Marcia), Joe (Patty), Elizabeth (Gabe), Brian (Denise) and Stephanie. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
