She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stephan and Teresa Stephan; and her husband Theodore George Otto Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Theodore III and Philip; her daughters-in-law, Kathleen and Nancy; and her grandchildren, Theodore IV, Julie, Mark, John and Michael.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lakeview Village Foundation.
