She was predeceased by: her husband John Kohake; her parents, Anna Pearl and Nicholas Wiskur; her siblings, Rose, Winnie, Pauline, Lawrence, Frank, Neal, Bob, Joe, Dale and Clinton; and her son-in-law Mike Brand.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Casey (Pat) of Overland Park, Linda Albertson (Bob) of Land, Lissa Leathers (Dan) of Overland Park and Shawna Brand; her grandchildren, Heather Forsman (Andrew), Ashley Albertson, Sean Casey (Jamie), Scott Casey (Shannon), Anna Brand and Marie Clark (Trevor); and her great grandchildren, Lily, Liam Forsman, Ellie, Emily Casey and Oliver Albertson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association - Heart of America Chapter.
