He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Clarence Stephens and Rosetta Stephens; his daughter Jeannine Billings (Roger Billings); his wife Deb Stephens; his sons, Peter Stephens (Deanna Stephens) and Brian Stephens (Shellie Stephens); his stepdaughter Megan Mackey (Jeff Mackey); his grandchildren, Emma Billings, Lily Mackey, Aaron Batchelder, Austin Howard, Kyle Stephens, Alex Stephens, Zach Billings and Dylan Stephens; and his siblings, Carol Foster, Diane Bureman, Dan Stephens and Tom Stephens. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, friends.
