He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. Batt and Margaret Batt (Reimers); his wife Sharon Batt; his granddaughter Ashli Wonder; and his pet Bruiser.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Spencer (Kyle), Joeli Buckley (Jay) of Kansas City and Rene McLain (Aaron) of Lake Havasu, AZ; and his siblings, Howard Batt Jr. of Kewaunee, WI, Barb Taphorn (Steve) of Algona, IA and Cheryl Batt of Burt, IA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and great nieces/nephews.
