He is survived by: his parents, Richard Leonard and Sarah Angela Rangel; his wife Melissa Rangel; his children, Alyssa Young (Nick), Clifton Rangel Jr. (Markisha) and Christian Rangel; and his siblings, Victoria Romero (Ed), Richard Rangel Jr. and Andrew Rangel (Lisa). He is also survived by seven beautiful grandchildren.
