He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Godwin and Elizabeth Godwin (Lizzie). He is survived by: his wife Junetta Rogers; his sons, Jerry (Leann), Ron (Kathleen) and Jeff (Kim); and his siblings, Lori McComas (Dan) and Bill. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Church of the Nazarene (12600 W 87th St Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66215). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
