She was predeceased by: her daughter Deborah Epperson. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Kathleen), Kevin (Kim) and Steve (Beth); her husband Glenn Phillips; her children-in-law, Dave Epperson and Barb Phillips; her grandchildren, Lisa Horn (Mike), Sarah Dale (Sean), Joey Phillips (Courtney), Paul Phillips, Tim Epperson (Jenny), Dalton Phillips (Betsy), Kate Ruszcyk (Andrew) and Megan Withrow (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Will, Emma, James Horn, Lucy Dale, Ben, Abby Phillips, Owen Epperson and Hank Phillips.

Cathy was a delightful lady who never complained or had a bad word about anyone. It was plain to see that she loved you all dearly. My fondest memory of her is seeing the delight on her face and hearing the joy in her voice when Kim brought Abby over for a visit. I’ll never forget her asking for her “hug-a-bug” as soon as she realized Abby came in.”
