He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Warren (Dickerson) and James P. Warren; and his brother Brad Warren. He is survived by: his wife Susan Evans Warren; his daughter Lyndsay Farnsworth-Dick; his son-in-law Aaron Dick; his grandsons, Kamden, Kohen and Kase Dick; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie, Paul Waid, Larry and Terri Evans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nephews.
