He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverta Fike (Graham) and Charles Fike; and his girlfriend Patricia Lawson. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Lori Kampfer (Martin Lamar) of Leawood; his granddaughter Ashley Kampfer (Olivia Brien) of Overland Park; and his aunt Marjorie Rocker of Lawrence.
