It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Hockenbury of Lecompton, Kansas, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel H. Hockenbury and Evelyn I. Hockenbury (Gibson); his siblings, Jack B. Hockenbury and Elaine J Hill; and his daughter Monti Rae.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy "Dot" Morris; his brother Gary Hockenbury (Jackie); his children, Tyler, Shelby Lewis (Devin) and Todd Lawrence Ks; his grandchildren, Jessie Hopper, Ralston McIlvain and Keat Hockenbury; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Braden Hopper, Ralston, Gatlin and River McIlvain.
