We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2019, at the age of 67, Carl W. Paslay (Lecompton, Kansas), born in Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Paslay and Esther Knoernschild Paslay; his wife Kathy Paslay of Lecompton; his son Scott Williams of Topeka; his grandson Aeden Williams; and his brother Roy Paslay.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lecompton United Methodist Church Food Pantry or to Aeden Williams Education Fund at First State Bank of Perry.
