It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley H. Burris Jr. (Lebo, Kansas), born in Iola, Kansas, who passed away on April 30, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Wesley H. Burris Sr.; his grandparents, Moses, Anna Burris, Herchell and Oga Adams; his stepson Brent Georing; and his niece Tessa Matthews.
He is survived by: his mother Carmon Burris of Hartford; his daughter Christy Georing of Las Vegas, Nevada; his siblings, Sheryl Burris of Neosho Rapids, Teresa Matthews of Hartford and Steven Burris of Hartford; his granddaughter Aspen Georing of Las Vegas; and his nieces and nephews, Jaime Burris, Charlee Matthews, Dakota, Ashlyn Keighley, Sidney and Mickey Matthews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hartford United Methodist Women and sent in care of the funeral home.
