He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frances and Mildred Francis Griffin (Kelley). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Griffin; his children, Giner LeAnn Fay (Eric) of Emporia, Stephanie Louise Griffin of Bon Aire, Georgia and Robert Griffin (Sherry) of Lebo; and his siblings, Julia Traphagan of Burlingame, Liz Johnson (Dennis) of Carbondale, Paula Clark (John) of Belle Plaine, Patti Fleak of Burlingame, Bob Griffin (Dolly) of Lawrence, Dale Griffin (Joan) of Olivet and Tim Griffin (Kylin) of Burlingame. He is also survived by seven granchildren and six great-grandchildren.
