She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Arb and Nellie Childers Arb; her former husband Miles D. Frank; her husband Robert S. Phillips; her son Robert Franks; and her siblings, Barbara Linsey, Wilber Arb, Harvey Arb and Lester Arb.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Snow (Gordon) of Lane, Kansas and Ken Frank (Becky) of Lebo.
