He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howard Evans and Evelyn Alma Evans (Lloyd); his former wife Frankie Casey Evans; his nephew Gene Evans; and his brother-in-law Donald Becker.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Lee; his daughter Gail Dunbar (Jon); his brother Evan L.; his sister-in-law Pat Evans; his sister Mary Becker Ervin; his stepchildren, Lori Miller Lebo (Randy), Chad Wolf (Molly), Travis Wolf and Gardner; his grandson Andrew Dunbar (Crystal); and his stepgrandchildren, Shawn Miller (Kristen) of Lebo, Amber Barrett of Lebo, Taylor Cartee (Storm) of Lebo, Taylan and Connor Wolf of Overland Park, KS.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lebo First Responders or Lebo American Legion Post #323 and sent in care of the funeral home.
