He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bartley and Madgel Knight Bartley; and his siblings, Nancy Hawkins, Gurney "Jerry" Bartley and Robert L. Bartley.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Stika; his children, Tillie L. Bartley of Topeka, Cortney Bartley (Tracy) of Lebo, Timothy Bartley (Caitlin) of Aurora, Colorado and Devin Bartley (Ariel) of Bear Creek; and his siblings, Shauna Teeter (Steve) of Quapaw, Jean Giron of Delta Colorado and Jack D. Bartley (Marion) of Lebo. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces; nephews and friends.
