He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Murphy. He is survived by: his mother Fredrica Robinson Murphy of Mankato; his former wife Jennifer Esslinger; his sons, Michael (Rachel) of Wellington, Eric of Wellington and Christopher; his wife Misty Thompson; his sons, Chris (Sarah) of Denver and Parker; and his brothers, Chuck (Trish) of Central City and Barrie (Lori) of Bonnie Lake, Washington. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Family Expense Fund.
