Julia Allen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2019, at the age of 99, Julia Allen (Lebanon, Kansas) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julia Allen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Herndon and Nellie Herndon (Whitmore); her husband Clarence; her daughter Barbara Jean Schlatter; and her siblings, Russell Herndon (Ester), Rozella Wilson (Howard), Lola Kniss (Ben) and Marie Hartman (William).

She is survived by: her close friends, Edna and Ernest; her children, Roger Dean, Velma Louise, Gayle Lynn, Roger Allen (Janice) of Lebanon, Velma Befort (Ernest) of Clay Center and Gayle Allen (Lois) of Lebanon; her son-in-law Ernest Schlatter; and her grandchildren, Walter Schlatter (Kim), Sheila Lorence (Dwayne), Rob Allen (Kelly), Jody Gutierrez (Andy), Mindy Eck (Geoff), Kendall Allen (Kyle), Kelley Beier (Brad), Shelley Diaz (David), Jennifer Bucholtz (Mark) and Todd Allen (Nadine). She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to U.S. Center Foundation and/or Lebanon Library and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
