He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Mai and Margie Mai (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kugler; his siblings, Dana Reicks (Dave) of Hastings, NE and Joe Mai (Kim) of Red Cloud, NE; his daughters, Jackie Duffy (Sean) of Guide Rock, NE and Leslee Knackstedt (Nathan) of Hoisington, KS; and his grandchildren, Brealynn, Emmalee, Octavius, Mannix and Cameron Jack.
