He was predeceased by: his parents, Maple Sullivan and Berniece Sullivan; and his brother David Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Brogan Sullivan (Lara), Caedran Sullivan, Garrett Sullivan and Grady Sullivan (Cristina); his grandchildren, Madeleine Herst (Andrew), Henry, George and Fritz Sullivan; his children, Calvin, Daisy Stry, Aislinn and Gray Sullivan; his stepchildren, Brooke Schwob (Tim), Beth Watson and Bobby Lindquist (Stacey); his stepgrandchildren, Rollie, Matthew and Reid Schwob; and his stepchildren, Willa, Barrett Watson, Luella and Olivia Lindquist.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Agnes Catholic Church or The University of Kansas Health System in memory of Tom G. Sullivan, MD.
