He is survived by: his brothers, Brent Courtney Miller of San Diego and Trevor Francis Miller of Merriam, Kansas; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Francis, Lincoln Johnson and Charlie Ann Frances; his close friend John "Jay" Kemp of Virginia; his half-siblings, Beauford Glenn (Miller II), Glenda Elizabeth Miller and Monte Jones Miller; and also Gary Hanson of Overland Park, Kansas.
