He was predeceased by: his parents, Galand McGinness and Margaret McGinness (Broyles); and his siblings, Dee McGinness and Dianne Rhea (McGinness). He is survived by: his wife Kristi McGinness (Dickson); his brother Dean McGinness; his children, David McGinness (Jacque), Elizabeth Hawman, Jennifer VanVactor (PJ) and Tami McGinness; and his grandchildren, Clayton, Blake McGinness, Kaylin Leighton (Sam), Jordan, Megan Hawman, Aiden and Colton VanVactor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
