She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Kail and Pauline Kail; her brother Retired Colonel Richard Kail; and her husband Wayne L. David. She is survived by: her children, Mark R. David (Karen Sale) of Providence, RI, Ann David of Mission, KS and Kurt David (Kathy) of Lenexa, KS; her grandchildren, Jennifer David Khouri (Aaron) of Lenexa, KS, Charlotte David of Cambridge, MA and Hayden David of Manhattan, KS; and her great grandchild Emma Khouri.
