She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther McLaughlin and Harold McLaughlin. She is survived by: her husband Mike Dower; her children, Bryan Dower (Michele), Amy Doege, Laurie Woods (Jeff) and Andrea "Andi" Dower; her siblings, Debi Russel, Kay Lane (Bill), Lora Peterson and Denny Laughlin (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Audrey Doege, Alexsandra Doege, Michael Doege, Chloe Stracina-Dower, Maddy Stracina-Dower and Jade Leber-Dower.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection, Wesley Chapel (13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS 66224).
