She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl C. Ramsey and Agnes I. Hajny; and her son Marc Stephen Higgins. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Higgins; her children, Matthew Higgins (Stacy) and Maria Higgins; her grandchildren, Finnian, Gabrielle and Quinn Higgins; and her siblings, Peggy Reimer, Jane Haney (Everett), Carl Ramsey and Jerry Ramsey (Shirley). She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cure' of Ars school library.
