She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Webb; her parents, Louie Philpott and Mildred Philpott; her siblings, Donald Philpott, Constance Philpott and Patricia Hininger; and her granddaughter Amy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Wrinkle (Mickey) and Samuel Philpott (Sandra); her daughters, Rae Swatzell (Mark) and Rhonda Webb; and her grandchildren, Eric Gormly, Mark Komoroski Jr., Wendy Biggs and Jake Swatzell. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
