He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Eileen Smith (O'Neal); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Bob, Tom (Allison) and Steve (Jani); his grandchildren, Ian and Nigel; and his siblings, Larry Smith (Peggy) and Cheryl Palecki (Bob).
