She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Foley and Myrtle Foley; her husbands, Bill Payne and Jim Rogers; and her brothers, Billy Bob Foley and Harry James Foley Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David Payne (Diane), Paula Logan (Emmett), John Payne (Sally), Mary Lambrechts (Bob) and Megan Riggs (Jim); and her stepchildren, Kelly Carmichael (Tracy Miller), Carrie Scrabeck (Jeff), John Rogers and Krissy Dyson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Ladies of Charity of Metropolitan Kansas City, Heart to Heart International, or Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas.
