He was predeceased by: his mother Irma Chappell (Good). He is survived by: his father Miles M. Chappell; his wife Susan M. Chappell; and his nephew Jeremy Gorrell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tunnel 2 Towers (T2T.org) a cause he felt strongly about which supports our first responders and veterans.
