She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ann Wieczkowski (Peter) of Leawood, Kansas; her grandson Joe Wieczkowski (Allison) of Ballwin, Missouri; and her siblings, Frances Peal of Dallas, Texas, Frank Patak (Rita) of Perry, Oklahoma, George Patak (Delores) of Perry, Oklahoma, Cecilia Severin of Enid, Oklahoma, Charles Patak (Judy) of Garber, Oklahoma, Henrietta Burkhart of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Catherine Heilman (Bill) of Spring Hill, Kansas.. She is also survived by thirty-five nieces and nephews.
