With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maddox Yo Han Truitt (Leawood, Kansas), who passed away on January 21, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Jackson; his parents, Tracey and Nancy of Leawood, KS; his grandparents, John, Diana Czak of Henderson, NV, Tom and Carolyn Truitt of Omaha, NE; his aunt Jen Czak; his uncle Aubrey Laurence of Houston, TX; his cousins, Wistrom, Annie, Nola, Embry Herfordt, Skylyn Smith of Las Vegas, NV, Jasey Truitt, Hayden Whitaker, Indy and Winter Bizek; and also, Tiffani, Nick of Omaha, NE, Todd, Linda of Phoenix, AZ, Summer and Jim of Hudson, FL..

Due to COVID, seating will be limited.
