Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Judith Lee Dozier of Leawood, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 79, on April 2, 2022. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Phipps. She is survived by: her brother Mike Phipps; her nephew Brian Phipps (Kathy); her sister Diana Wolff; her children, Shannon Wedge and Jeff Wolff; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zach, Kyla (Raymond), Dane, Jackson, Carly and Evan.
