He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Laurie Ensley; his grandchildren, James, Sophie of Sudbury, MA, Christopher and Beth Ensley; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Tess of Overland Park, KS.; and his brother Dusty Ensley (Diana) of Kansas City, MO..
