He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Meharry and Ilo D. Meharry (Basel). He is survived by: his wife Carol Meharry (Schweiger); his sons, John Ryan Meharry (Yasmin Kassim) of Los Angeles, CA and Thomas Patrick Meharry of Leawood, KS; and his brother Les Meharry (Mary) of Mission. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, and many cousins and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Porter Funeral Home (8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS 66215).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Kansas City Hospice and Pallative Care or Tunnels to Towers.
