He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Diane; and his siblings, Nancy and Bob. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, David (Winnie), Ken (Trevor), Jack (Jan) and Sharon (Chris). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
