He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil E. Middleton and Mabel Dickenson Middleton; his wife Janet Shultz Middleton; his brother Jack Middleton (Susan); his daughter Jackie Middleton; his son-in-law Kent Cable; his granddaughters, Jessica Middleton Zidek, Catie Cable and Ally Cable; his brother Ron Middleton (Linda); and his close friend Elaine James.
Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Village Presbyterian Church.
