We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jack Samuel Spilker (Leawood, Kansas). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jack; his wife Barbara; his daughter Mary; his grandchildren, Griffin, Taylor, Madison and Meghan; his great grandchild Harry (Annamarie); his brother Eugene Spilker (Harriet); his brother-in-law Michael Margulus (Lizabeth); and also, Gabriella and Harrison. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Kansas City Symphony, Kansas City Ballet, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, and ALS Association Mid America Chapter.
